The worlds favourite vacation destination.

This is a Luxury 6 Bedroom, 3 and a Half Bathroom Villa. It is Two stories high and has a vaulted cathedral ceiling. Furnished to a very high standard throughout, holiday in elegant surroundings in this fully air conditioned Orlando Villa, located on Southern Dunes, a 4 star PGA Championship Golf Course, situated only 20 minutes from Disney and all major attractions.

Bedrooms, there are 2 master bedrooms, both with En-suite (one with a soaker tub and shower stall)

It is equipped with a King size bed, 2 doubles and 3 twins (one of which can be used as an optional King size bed.)

The villa will sleep 12 people plus 2 additional guest can utilise the sofa bed in the lounge, we do not recommend this, for comfort purposes.

We have also provided a cot and a high chair should you need it.

Every Bedroom have there own TV's and DVD players and benefit from free cable in every room.

The lounge also has cable and a large 36" TV also with a DVD player.

A 500 watt Dolby 5.1 surround sound system has also been installed for your listening pleasure.

The games room consists of a dart board, sofa, tables, TV and a Playstation 2, with games and paddle.

That makes 8 TV's, 6 DVD and a PS2

We have thought of everything, there is even a computer, printer, fax, photocopier, internet access and a digital answer machine.

The Kitchen is also fully loaded, it has an Iron with board, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, oven, hob, waste disposer and a dishwasher. All the cooking utensils are also provided.

Dinning space, there is a 4 seater dinning table next to the kitchen with a further 8 seater table in the dinning room.

Pool & Jacuzzi-spa, the villa has a private heated (optional) pool and Jacuzzi-spa. The pool is approximately 12 foot by 24 foot. it is furnished with 3 tables and accommodates 13 people seated.

Utility room houses the washer and dryer (they are big, great and quick) all the required linen is provided.

Unfortunately there is no smoking and no pets allowed in the house.
