1. Check availability either via calendar or by contacting Florida Connection UK1.
2. Request a quote from Florida Connection UK1.
3. Once quote and availability are agreed, make the required returnable security deposit payment.  Payment options:

• Check/Cheque in the post -FREE but booking is only confirmed when the funds have cleared.
• Cash paid directly into  Florida Connection UK1 US/UK bank account - FREE.
• Wire transfer (Bank to bank) - if paying with $US there is a $15 surcharge, £UK is FREE.
• Credit/Debit card via Paypal - 4% surcharge for this service.

4. Complete the online booking form and return to Florida Connection UK1.
5. Then 8 weeks prior to your arrival the rental charge payment will fall due.
6. When these funds have cleared, we will issue you with the final villa instructions.

• Villa directions from all the major local airports.
• Key code for entry to the villa (via a lock box on the outside wall). 
• Contact information for my management company, who are on hand for you free of charge.

The deposit payment is either $300 or £200, once you have confirmed availability and our quote, you can make your deposit payment by using one of the following payment buttons.  Please select the correct button for the villa you are booking.
